September Favorites

Can you believe it’s about to be October?? I feel like I ask myself the same question every time the end of another month approaches. I would love to just grab Father Time and wrap a couple fifty-pound weights around his ankles, because he is running off with all my time! How do you guys slow down and enjoy your time?

Lately I’ve been spending my time trying to enjoy the everyday things a little more. Like…The little things that God gives me… Love, Food, Cooking, Health, The Weather, Loved Ones. So to end the month I wanted to share a few of our favorite things here at Myra’s Garden.

1. Fairy Gardens (available @ Myra’s) and Fall Decorations

I love looking at Festive decorations and These little miniature communities are so cute…every time the renaissance festival comes around I’m reminded of these funny little creatures!

2. Coconut Oil

I love how multi-purpose this stuff is! With the weather changing I tend to get really dry skin. Legs, Lips, Face, you name it. I usually lather this stuff on my skin, or use it to take my eye-makeup off…but I’m learning there are so many more uses for this stuff I didn’t even know about! Check out the Wellness Mama’s 101 Uses for Coconut Oil.

3. Crotons (available @ Myra’s)

This leafy plant is simply beautiful. I love how it reminds me of fall, and can be used to add a fun pop of color to any home.

4. Fruit & Citrus Trees (available @ Myra’s) – Current Stock is Now 15% OFF!

Here at Myra’s we’ve got several varieties planted, and I love the tangible usefulness of these trees. It’s so convenient to go out and grab a lemon or lime while I’m cooking, or relax in the shade with a juicy orange.

5. Fall Vegetables (available @ Myra’s)

Cooking fresh is so Fun and Yummy! Now is the time to get your veggies in the ground if you haven’t already.

6. Seasonal Color (available @ Myra’s)

Sometimes I don’t think of green as a “color”, but isn’t green beautiful?? I love color, especially in the fall. The weather, paired with sweaters and hot chocolate just makes me enjoy the beauty that Colorful Flowers have to offer so much more!

Until Tomorrow…
